It Happened One Day

Sunrise Friday morning

Frost forms as the temperature rises

And then falls from the trees when the sun clears the bluff

A little snowshoeing with Jack

I travel to town in the late afternoon and find an imature bald eagle looking for trout in the river

and just around the corner

a red tailed hawk

And later a bright night and clear sky
A day for dreaming and counting my blessings
